It's been three month's since Utopia's Outcasts went missing. While CEO Courtney Yushiba has stated "there's still may be hope" many, including this reporter, don't expect to see our beloved heroes again. Several other well known Nova's have also gone missing, but there's no evidence of yet that these are related.
What's on your mind?

The entire country is in panic as citizens, young and old, are thrust into the position of heroism.
Either a new power or added to the Haki suite. This power would allow you to use quantum and dedicate part of your turn (maybe all but half movement) to deflect things like bullets with your sword, adding a defense vs ranged attacks
Probably has a [Mega Dex]+[Mega Wits] requirement.
Hey, so for those of you that were not in the loop I made a game prop to help visualize what Network Zero was for my players. You can check it out at reddit.com/r/NetworkZero
Anyway, somebody messaged me on Reddit saying he opened up something similar but for Clan Nosferatu from the Vampires' perspective and asked if I could help seed it. I'm posting here because I figure we all at least have experience with WoD. Anyway, if you want to get creative, here's the link:
I can't believe my eyes! I sat down with my team to eat Kohaku's restaurant when i felt a chill go down my spine. I told my teammate he'd better look around, he has one of those supernatural eyes. Anyways he grabs my shoulder in shock. "I've seen a lot of things, but... there's a flying ghost-monkey. He keeps trying to eat... but it ain't workin."
At first I laughed off his comment. The others did as well. To ease his mind we went back later with equipment and... "Oooh holy fucking shit - There's a ghost-monkey." Our scanners didn't have an ID of what the creature was, just E.N.E.
We came back the following day, pretty sure the monkey's gonna starve to death. This creature has to be unique, I've never seen anything like it, and what the hell does it eat? How is it starving? That's not how these things work!?
We're gonna try to capture this thing, and if that doesn't work... we'll just have to kill it.

Saturday night an invisible force tore through the 2 miles of street in the Taito district. Two men claimed to have seen the creature - "It was 30 Feet tall, a giant green scaly monster!" The second could not be reached for comment, but police report him repeatedly screaming "It's Gojira, It's Gojira It's Gojira!"
The internet has speculated that this mysterious creature could be The Guatemalan Gator, a low-profile Utopian Nova, but Trinity vehemently denies the claim. Other's speculate it may be aberrant Thiess or public Teragen sympathizer Sonny. All of which are known to somewhat fit the build.
On the opposite side of the spectrum from Super Heavy, Super Light negates the speed penalty and weight is not changed.
This would act similar to the extra that reduces cost but has distinct differences.
Something along the lines of "As long as the object is in your possession at the time of dispelling, you recover 2 of the quantum you spent to summon the object"
It gives a good refund, but requires possession and still ties up quantum while active
Obviously increasing Int, Mega-int, and the respective skills is good, but weigh them against the XP/NP costs of the alternatives below.
Utopia Endowments:
Mega seed serum (3 dots = 6XP) > Boost Mega-int by 2 for 8 hours.
Specialties:
Each Specialty (3XP) > +1 to dice pool (Specialty) / mind
Merits:
Area of Expertise (2 dots = 4XP) > Additional +1 to dice pool [Specialty] / mind
Early Adopter (2 dots = 4 XP) > +2 to dice pool [Research] / mind
Good Time Management (2 dots = 4 XP) > Cut time by 1/4 = Increase rates by 4/3
Here and Now (3 dots = 6 XP) > +1 to dice pool [all Skills] / mind
Interdisciplinary Specialty (1 dot = 2XP) > +1 to dice pool [if 2 Specialties apply] / mind
Well-Educated (5 dots, then 6 dots = 56XP each) > +1 to dice pool [each Skill] / mind
Vision (1-5 dots = 2,4,6,8,20XP) > +([Vision] + [Skill] successes) to dice pool [Skill] / mind
Nova Merits:
Anticipation (1-3 dots = 2,4,6 NP) > +[Anticipation] to dice pool
Know it All (? NP) > +3 to dice pool
Sub Minds ( ? NP) > +Mega-int minds @ 1/2 attributes and skills
Oracle (? NP) = +3 to dice pool (in essence, provided your dice pool is >5)
Inventive Genius (1-5 dots = 2,4,6,8,20 NP) > +[IG] to dice pool [Research]
Quantum Powers:
Boost + Extended Effect (1-5 dots = 4,8,12,16,64) > Increases to Int and Mega-Int
Weave Processing (1-5 dots = 5,10,15,20,50 NP) > +[Weave] + [Academics] to dice pool
Mega Enhancements that will probably be changed w/ the assumed changes below:
Hands of the Maker > +3 auto successes [Research]
*Hands of the Maker (1-5 dots = 2,4,6,8,20 NP) > +[HotM] to dice pool [Crafts]
Fast Tasks > Cut time by 1/2 = Increase rates by 2
Probably will stay the same (no way to nerf without making worse than GTM)
I'm about to go to work, but here's my list so far
XP
Early Adopter
4 XP
+2 on Research
Here and Now
6 XP
+1 on Research and Crafts
Vision
2-40 XP
+([Vision] + [Skill] successes) on Research and Crafts
Well Educated
56 XP each
+1 on Research
OR
+1 on Crafts
Mental Prodigy
68 XP
+1 on Research
+1 on Crafts
NP
Anticipation
2-12 NP
+[Anticipation] on Research and Crafts
Know it All
? NP
+3 on Research and Crafts
Oracle
? NP
+3 (rotable dice, see below) on Research and Crafts
Quantum Powers
Weave (Processing)
5-50 NP
+([Weave] + [Academics]) to Research
Note that I may be wrong on assuming some of these actually assist. I also posted the raw bonuses so it doesn't take into account AP, sub minds, or good time management.
Oracle lets you reroll up to 3 failures on any INT roll. With these dice pools, it's almost impossible to have less than 3 failures but there is a possibility.
On the Nova Merits page, the description says that you gain [Anticipation] dice, but the Anticipation page says that you gain [Mega-Resolve] dice
Front Trunk (Similar to many high-end sports cars)
Personality (Complex Autopilot System (C.A.S))
Weaponry (Spy Weapons)
Multiple models (4-Person, trucks, cycles)
Full Invisibility (In drive mode)
Multi-mode Super Suit
Action to switch mode
Armored Suit: Physical
Armored Suit: Energy
Normal Mode: Public Persona
Stealth Mode: Color Shift Camo
Exosuit
Mech
It's a list of quantum powers that notes what traits scale the power up in any way (or vise versa for Boost specifically)
I figure it'll be helpful if you want to see what powers scale with a specific attribute or skill. For example, I wanted to see what powers scale with intelligence so I sorted by the INT column to find that there are currently 8 powers that are affected by intelligence as well as Boost.
Anyway, it's in the drive but here's a direct link:

I figured this was the best place for out of game discussion at the moment even if it's not a suggestion.
This extra adds the ability to feel tactile sensation when lifting or grappling telekinetically.
Telepathic communication is nice, but sharing sight, sound, taste, and smell would be even better! Each purchase of this extra allows the telepath and his/her telepathically linked partner(s) to share an additional sense with each other.
Utopia is in hot water after a registered Nova was fought off trying to break into Ueno Zoo. At 12:30 am security footage shows the Nova getting out of his car and attempting to go through the main gate. After a brief conflict with the security guard on watch - the Nova left the scene in a seemingly emotional state.
The security guard has claimed that he roughed up the Nova for good measure, however there's no evidence backing up his claim, and we at N! find his story hard to believe.
It's unclear as to why the Nova needed access to the zoo. At the moment Utopia refuses to release details about incident. Rumors circulate that the Nova was performing an undercover operation.
Scrubbing through the powers I saw some auto-successes hiding out. Posting them for review.
Disorient; possibly intentional, but posting it in case we're trying to weed out the term "auto-success"
Disrupt; same as above
Gravity Control (Gravitational Field, Gravitic Flight, Gravitic Shield, Gravitokinesis)
Size-morph
Strobe
Stun Attack
Elemental Mastery (Blast, Sphere, Storm)
Homunculus
